RETURNS & REFUNDS

GEORGI SWIMMS is dedicated to making customer service our priority. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, exchange or store credit. Returns are free on faulty purchases for both Australian and International orders, faulty assessment will be made by our GEORGI SWIMMS team. 

At GEORGI SWIMMS we want you to love your SWIMMS piece, but if you have a change of mind and would like to return or exchange your item you have 30 days from the date purchased. If you have bought an item from our Pre-Sale events the 30 days will start from the date the shipment for your item is initiated. Items that you wish to return must have all the original packaging including all hygiene stickers and swing tags still attached. 

Please note that postage fees of $12.99 apply for change of mind return. 

To make a return simply follow the steps below;

Step 1; Contact Us with “Return” followed by your order number in the title, eg. Return #00016283. A friendly customer care specialist will be in touch as quickly as possible to send you your Return Label.

Step 2; Print the form and attach to original packaging and take to your local Australia Post Office or Post Box.

 Step 3; Once we have received your return, you will receive email confirmation that your return is being reviewed.  We will then process your refund, exchange or store credit within 24hrs and you will receive another email confirming the process has been completed.

At GEORGI SWIMMS we pride ourselves on our Luxury garments only sourcing the highest quality materials & making sure all garments and items are Quality Controlled at every point. If you have unfortunately received a damaged or faulty garment, please be sure to Contact Us as one of our friendly staff members would be happy to assist in resolving this issue for you.

Please consider when purchasing a marked 'Sale" or 'Final Sale' item as they unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged (subject to the Australian Consumer Law). If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact Contact Us and our SWIMMS team will be happy to assist you. Please note that any order where a promotional code is used as a discount, your order is not classified as a "sale item" and is subject to our regular returns policy.

Please note, we do not refund delivery costs for returns, exchanges and credit notes unless an item is faulty or if your order has been cancelled. GEORGI SWIMMS is not liable for any cost, delay, damage or loss in connection with the transport and return of the goods to us.

Please note, due to hygiene reasons GEORGI SWIMMS is unable to refund any garments where hygiene stickers or tags have been removed or tampered with. Please make sure when making a return that garments have all original packaging and tags attached as we are unable to give refunds if they do not meet regulations. GEORGI SWIMMS reserves the right to reject any returns.

 

 Refunds with Afterpay & Laybuy

  • When using Afterpay or Laybuy , you have the options to return one or all of your items for a refund.
  • If you return your items before your first Afterpay or Laybuy payment is due you, these amounts will be removed from your Afterpay or Laybuy plan and you will not have to pay for them. This allows you to try before you buy!
  • If the payments have already been made when you return the items, the amounts will be removed from your Afterpay or Laybuy payment plan and/or the initial payments refunded.
  • It's important to keep up your Afterpay or Laybuy payments while your return is in transit back to us as Afterpay or Laybuy charge late fees for any overdue payments!
  • If you have purchased multiple items but only wish to return certain items and keep your favourites this is still fine! We'll just remove the items you have returned from your Afterpay or Laybuy payment plan. Your original instalment amounts will remain the same and your final payment/s will be less or cancelled depending on the return amount. You can log in to your Afterpay or Laybuy account to view your updated payment schedule at any time! Easy!
